Vijay's next with Atlee

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is currently awaiting the release of his 'Kaththi' directed by AR Murugadoss, which is set to hit the screens for Diwali. Meanwhile the buzz is that the star actor will be working with director Atlee of 'Raja Rani' fame after completing his next project with Chimbudevan.

Kalaipuli S.Dhanu who produced Vijay's 'Thuppakki' is said to be producing this untitled movie which will have music by GV Prakash. The director of the superhit 'Raja Rani' apparently narrated a script recently to Vijay and the actor was floored it seems. It must be noted that Atlee worked as the assistant director of Shankar in 'Nanban' that starred Vijay in the lead.

Thalaivaa to hit screens in July!

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's upcoming flick 'Thalaivaa' by A L Vijay is being completed at a brisk pace! The first look and the teaser of film starring Vijay and Amala Paul in the lead and with Santhanam, Rajeev Pillai and Ponvannan in crucial roles have already created a rage in all the social networking sites. The latest buzz is that the film will hit screens in July.

Music is composed by G V Prakash, while cinematography is handled Nirav Shah and editing by Anthony. Thalaivaa is produced by Chandra Prakash Jain, CP Sunil an CP Dinesh under Sri Mishri Productions. Vijay's fans are eagerly looking forward to what their star has done in Thalaivaa, as his last film Thuppakki directed by AR Murugadoss was a big hit at the Box Office.

Vikram - Bala ready for a hat-trick?

Director Bala is set to begin work on his next project after 'Paradesi'. While the earlier buzz was that Adharvaa who starred in 'Paradesi' has been signed for the this film, the latest is that Chiyaan Vikram has been roped in to play the lead role. Bala has retained the technical team of 'Paradesi' for this film as well comprising of cinematographer Chezhiyan and music composer G V Prakash.

After Sethu and Pithamagan, this will mark the third time that Bala and Vikram are teaming up. Bala is known for having multi stars in his film and gives equal importance to all the character in the film. An official announcement on the cast and crew is expected to confirm the buzz doing the rounds.

Vikram is busy completing his Shankar's 'I' while Adharvaa would be looking forward to work with Bala once again and alongside Vikram.

Thalaivaa shoot wrapped up

The shoot of Vijay's upcoming film Thalaivaa has been completed. A wrap- up party was recently held by the unit.Now the team is awaiting the audio release of the film, which is composed by GV Prakash. Vijay's fans are eagerly looking forward to what their star has done, as his last film Thuppakki directed by AR Murugadoss was a big hit at the Box Office.

According to sources, the song Vanga Anna, composed by GV Prakash is already leaked online. The audio launch is expected towards the end of the month and the movie is said to release as a birthday special for Ilayathalapathy.

Thalaivaa to release on Vijay’s birthday?

The shoot for Thalaivaa, director Vijay's latest offering that has Ilayathalapathy Vijay in the lead, is almost a finished product as only the post production is left to be completed. The film's music director GV Prakash Kumar has revealed that he has completed all the songs in the album and that the audience can expect the audio to be out in a month's time, which is most likely to be in May.





The film, we hear, may release on June 21st, which will be just a day before Ilayathalapathy Vijay's birthday. If the film indeed releases on the day or on his birthday, it's going to be nothing short of a treat for his fans.
