Ethir Neechal clears the censors

Dhanush's debut production vehicle Ethir Neechal has cleared the censors and has acquired the U certificate. The censors have said that the movie is a wholesome family entertainer. The film will release on May 1 as the film's unit had said before.



Ethir Neechal is directed by debutante Durai Senthilkumar. The film has Siva karthikeyan playing the lead along with Priya Anand and Nanditha of Attakathi fame.

Since it's a holiday, the movie is said to have a good opening on May 1. Moondru Per MoondruKaadhal, SoodhuKavvumandNagarajaCholan MA MLA are also expected to release on the date.
